— Jacksonville Florida-based ACI Communications Corp. was awarded a contract to design, install and support a call center utilizing the Mitel 5000 communications system for RISE Health. The company employes over 100 people in Jacksonville. Rise Health provides technology-enabled clinical support for primary care physicians.
"When a patient calls a medical center to schedule an appointment with his or her primary physician, a Rise employee answers the call. The employee types the patients name into its patient management platform which is integrated with public content from Medline Plus Connect, a service of the National Library of Medicine, National Institute of Health and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The result of such research is the patient's entire medical history. We hope to turn it into a Billion dollar company," said Nicole Bradberry, Chief Technology Officer.
The company landed its first customer Boston Medical Center last December. ACI Communications Corp. designs, markets and supports a full line of voice and data communication networks utilizing the Mitel Platform.
— Jacksonville, Florida-based ACI Communications Corporation is proud to have been chosen by Saft America, the world's leading manufacturer of nickel-cadmium batteries to design, install and support their new Mitel 3300 VOIP system for their new lithium-ion factory of the future in Jacksonville, Florida.
The total estimated cost of the project is around $200 million, and it will bring roughly 279 jobs to the area during the next six years.
"Florida is stepping onto the world stage as a major marketplace for advanced energy technologies," said Governor Charlie Crist. "We are excited about Saft establishing their lithium-ion factory in Florida, and we look forward to their being a part of Florida's renewable energy future."
— Jones, Edmunds & Associates, Engineers/Architects/Scientists, with headquarters in Gainesville, Florida and offices in Jacksonville, Sarasota, Tampa, Titusville and Winter Haven, Florida has recently awarded Jacksonville, Florida based ACI Communications Corporation a contract to design, install and support new VOIP systems at all locations and to network all offices together using the Mitel 5000 platform.
— Jacksonville, Florida-based ACI Communications Corporation was recently awarded contracts for the design, installation and support for 21st Century Oncology Company's eight North Florida offices. ACI is proud to have been chosen by 21st Century Oncology, one of the countries leading developer and operator of radiation therapy centers. These centers, which are free standing and hospital-based, provide a full spectrum of radiation therapy services to cancer patients.

— Installed a state of the art call center solution including the latest in recording all calls in a call center environment for Lakeland, FL based Bunch & Associates. Bunch & Associates is a nationally recognized partner in the risk management industry. As a national disability management company with offices in several states, Bunch & Associates turned to ACI for their expertise in supporting their large volume call center activity.
— Wireless Voice Communications installation for Bloomfield, CT based Kaman Aerospace Corporation's, Jacksonville Florida division. Kaman Aerospace Corp. builds the infrastructure for the Black Hawk Helicopter for Sikorsky Corp.
— Florida based Jacksonville Heart Center has chosen ACI to service and support their 8 locations as well as their corporate call center.
Richard Rasey, VP of Network Services reports the company has found savings during the telecom audits of $500-$10,000 per month, and one recent audit discovered a $168,000 error occurring over an 8 year period resulting in a refund. ACI provides the audits free of charge as a value added service. Customers are using the savings to upgrade, replace or simply purchase a maintenance agreement at little to no cost at all.
— In the automotive area ACI chosen to design, install and support voice and data networks for New York-based Asbury Automotive Groups, Coggin Pontiac GMC at Regency, Coggin Toyota at the Avenues, Coggin Chevrolet at the Avenues, as well as Coggin Nissan at the Avenues. ACI has recently completed the structured cabling for voice and data, as well as the wireless and new telephone system for Jerry Hamm Chevrolet's new state of the art dealership on Phillips Highway in Jacksonville Florida.
— Jacksonville Florida based JA-RU Inc., one of the largest Rack toy companies in the United States, with manufacturing facilities in China and offices throughout the world awarded ACI the contract to design install and support their new corporate communication system.
— In the real estate market, ACI completed Lifestyles Realty Corporation's new corporate office in Ponte Vedra Beach Florida as well as the new Keller Williams Realty's Corporate office in Jacksonville Beach Florida. In addition, ACI completed new systems for Atkinson Realty Groups Corporate office as well as Atkinson Realty Groups Park St. office. ACI also installed the Atlantic Commercial Properties Corporate office in Perimeter Park and Phoenix Realty Groups Corporate office in Southpoint.
— ACI recently completed the voice and data network, structured cabling for voice and data, new telephone system, wireless data communication systems for St. Louis Missouri based Hallmark Senior Housings new state of the art Acolade Community as well as the Allegro Senior Community on Fleming Island. ACI 's medical division has recently completed installation for Jacksonville Florida based Lyerly Neurosurgical Center at Baptist Hospital.
ACI Vice President Richard Rasey reports the network division has been extremely busy this year auditing customers local long distance and internet bills and saving customers thousands of dollars on a monthly basis. Mr. Rasey says " Customers are using the savings we discover to upgrade and or replace older systems at little to no cost at all".

— ACI completed the structured cabling and wireless data & voice communication system for the Dr. Nicolitz's Southpoint Surgery Center as well as Fleming Island Surgery Center, both state of the art surgery centers.
— ACI provided structured cabling for the voice and data communications contract for the Fleming Island Surgery Center located in Southpoint. ACI will be installing the Communications system soon for this brand new location.
— ACI announces completion of new telephone systems for the Coggin Auto Mall in Ft. Pierce, FL, including the Honda, BMW, and Mercedes Benz dealerships, Lou Sobh's Honda of the Avenues, and Mercedes Benz of Melbourne. We will be designing and implementing both of Brumos' new locations; Lexus of Orange Park and Mercedes Benz of Orange Park. Other recent installations include the Nimnicht's new state of the art Pontiac, GMC, Hummer dealerships at the Avenues, as well as Nimnicht's new Cadillac & Saab dealership in Orange Park, FL and Lighthouse Toyota St. Augustine, FL, location as well as Ford of Ocala, Ford of Sebring, and Ford of Belleview. Later this year we will also be designing and implementing Bozard Ford's new state of the art facility in St. Augustine, FL.
— ACI's rapidly growing wireless LAN division has recently completed projects for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, The City of Jacksonville, Flagler College, NOVA Southeastern University and the structured cabling and fiber optics for The Energy Authority in downtown Jacksonville.
— ACI has completed the installation and networking for Adamec's Harley Davidson's three showrooms in Jacksonville on Baymeadows, Wells Rd. and Atlantic Blvd. including Adamec's new Super Center on Baymeadows and I-95.
